Game freaks out when removing add-on car

Hi I downloaded this mod

And when I remove the car and go back into the game the game starts freaking out red dots start appearing on my map and the map says their vehicles and then the whole mini map goes black and start freaking out and then the game lags and goes black and white like all the textures in the game goes black and the lighting in the game goes white.
