Where do you find optimized vehicles with good LODs for replacement?

Anyone have a list they use or a pack already containing good optimized vehicles? Most replacement cars on this website doesn't even say anything about LODs. There are a lot of add-on vehicles that has it but at the same time with pretty terrible pop in because of mediocre LOD levels and huge file sizes.
