How to disable/remove Tuning parts from add-on, dlc or replacement vehicles while spawning in traffic?

    I want to add some addon vehicles and replace others. How do I avoid the game trying to add tuning parts and crashing my game? I dont really care about cars spawning with it, If I could I would just remove it for all traffic vehicles in the game. Which files do I need to edit and how? Thanks.
