Unrecoverable fault - Please restart the game...

I have the latest scripthook and trainer. I did recently download 2 new addon cars and replace 3 clothing textures... I have a heap adjuster and it was at 2000 at the time when it crashed. I raised it and that was when the error occurred. The heap is now at 2500. I don't know what else to do?
