[weapon] Counted reload for tube-fed shotguns

I am wondering if anyone has thought of this but the new Combat Shotgun added in the Cayo Perico Heist update has a counted reload, as in your character loads each shell individually and if you load 3 shells from empty you only get to fire 3 shells for example. Is this reload able to be put on other shotguns or is it exclusive to the Combat Shotgun?
