Mod Added but can't locate the mod Native Trainer

Hi All,
New to GTA on PC!
I have added the "BMW 325" mod correctly I believe but can't locate within Native Trainer?
any advice appreciated.

to add, game keeps crashing as soon as I edit the line in OpenIV.

You're not supposed to use the Native Trainer that comes with Scripthook. It's a very basic trainer. Download Simple Native Trainer, and it will automatically detect car mods and add them for you. They will show up under added cars in the vehicle spawner menu.
