Game freezes but can still pause the game and interact?!??

I'll play for a good 20 mins and then all of a sudden, The game freezes but I can still pause the game and interact in the pause menu. When I back out of it, The game moves a slight bit, not even and then freezes. First time experiencing this... Note: I barely have 10 mods loaded.
