[Weapon] Change Vehicle Weapon Rate of fire

I couldn't find any topics on this, I want to change the rate of fire for a few turreted vehicles, e.g. Half-Track, AA Trailer Valkyrie, B-11 etc. I tried to change time between shots and either nothing changes or the game crashes. I did find for hand held weapons like the carbine rifle changing a few lines in the animations.meta needed to be done on top of time between shots. I really would like to know how is this done for vehicle weapons.
