GTA 5 Heavy Car Mod not working

Gta 5 heavy car mod not working. Its Gta 5 Fit Girl repack build 877. The mod contains .dll and .ini file which i have copied inside scripts folder as mentioned in installation instructions. Mod supposed to activate by pressing F11 key but doesnt work. I have everything installed, scripthook, scripthookdotnet, asi loader, visual c etc. But still not loading. Trainer is working.
