Game crashes on Hs (Heist setup) missions.

The game works fine everywhere but in the heist setups. In the topic above is a extremely similar issue but he doesn't mention what config fixes it as I've tried a few of the popular ones but the issue persists.
I'm at a complete loss and have been trying for days starting the game over many times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
