Major censorship?

So, it's been a few years since I've played this game and I recently decided to pick it back up not long after getting the new Xbox series X to see how it looks. I soon noticed that, for starters, the strippers have pasties on them, which I don't remember them having before. I've also noticed they skipped over the torture scene as well, tho, admittedly, I never liked appvalley that part anyways.
Did something happen that I'm unaware of? Did someone bitch enough to gwt it heavily censored? What else have they censored that I haven't come across yet? I'm just curious
