Help: How to Create Custom Train track paths?

I tried to create a custom train track path using the mod track recorder, I followed all instructions
and installed it accordingly. Issue I am facing is after installing the path(trainXYZ.dat renamed to trains13.dat) in GTA 5 levels directory in common.rpf file, the track path is shown in codewalker software but I cant spawn any trains on that path. I even tried using trainspawner mod, still no train is spawned there.
I am using Latest version of GTA 5 (1.53) yeah only the game runs on older version of .exe file(i.e. 1.52)
What am I missing here?

Probably mod is old and doesn't support latest version, or/and you don't have installed it correctly. Maybe you don't have (eg.) ScriptHookV.
