YDR converted to YDD/YTD

im new to 3D studio and pretty much the whole modelling scene,

ive been able to convert an ODR back to a YDR in 3d Studio after making some changes to a model, now im stuck and wondering if anyone could assist me on how to convert a YDR to YDD/YTD, or is there a method to convert ODR to YDD/YTD
