Game crashes after 5-10 minutes with mods?

Hello guys,
i have a lot of mods installed on my PC, and they all work perfectly. But somehow after i play the game for about 5 minutes it continues to crash. But there are no lags visible and it all runs smooth. Do you have any ideas why this keeps happening?
I have the NaturalVision Evolved installed. Some clothing and shoe mods, the 200+ car replace pack. And also maybe one or two add-on cars.

Ok quick update. I deleted the corrupted x64a.rpf file and let steam reinstall it. Now i´m about 30 minutes in the game and i think it works now.
