Game crashing after adding addon car.

I installed a mod to add a Mustang into the single player game and it just crashes out my game, I have the latest SHV and Simple Trainer. I followed all instructions but since the March update it starts to load single player then shuts down abruptly without warning.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you install the correct gameconfig? You could be missing those files.
Also this should probably be in the Installation Help & Troubleshooting section
