Gta 5 crashes when dinput8.dll and openiv together is in the gta 5 directory

I wanted to download a car add-on (lamborghini sian fkp 37 ) for which I needed openiv .asi .
So i downloaded it and next the game crashed
After reading many articles about open iv .asi crash I tried everything told in those forums but nothing improved .please help me
