Problem to change car name

Hello,
I recently followed this tutorial on YouTube to be able to change the names of the cars on GTA V in story mode
I wanted to replace the name "Karin Futo" by "Delorean DMC-12" because I replaced the models of the Futo by those of a Delorean.
However, when I go to Los Santos Custom, the game shows me "Karin Delorean DMC-12". How can I remove Karin from the name of the car?
