Car mods with collision glitches

Hi, im fairly new to modding gta 5. I notice some vehicle mods, both add-on and replace have issues where when i crash them, certain parts just float and never get damaged.

Hi if the mod istituto yours, Italia istituto your fausto, but a problem with vehicle collision, that could be fix by the author of the mod

Its not my mod, the mod was uploaded 4 years ago i dont think the author cares, how can i fix it myself?
-
If the model is unlocked you have to fix it with zmodeler, if is locked, you can do nothing.

@Loris04
It is unlocked but i dont know how to fix it in zmodeler3
-
You have to check the COL tick in zmodeler. Then move the collision of the objet better on it.

Does the headlight need it's own collision or should it use the main collision? I tried cloning another part of the car's collision and putting it in place but it didn't work.How should i be moving the collision of the object?

Try to link the headlights in the correct piece of the car in zmodeler

@UncleRam
Loris is on wrong trail.... You can fix this by selecting these parts and go in vertices mode. You need to paint all vertices on these problematic parts as full white. If they are painted black, they don´t collide and stay in position (exactly like on your photos), as has been the case on several of my mods over the time.It most probably has nothing to do with collision meshes.
