tuning parts dont move correctly

Hello all!
I am modding a new bike but i have a problem: the main bike dont have "rear mudguard" upgrade, so she dont have tunable parts fixed on the swingarm.
I make a bike mod to replace it but my new bike have rear mudguard tuning. but when i change it in LSC the new mudguard dosen't follow the swingarm movement. how can i fix it please?
