GTA Crashes

Hi everyone, I recently installed a mod for gta using script hook v. It was a car addon mod, but after the installation gta would constantly crash as it goes through the loading screen. I have uninstalled the mod, but I still get the same problem.

Install the latest hook script version or otherwise go to OPEN IV \ GTAV \ mods \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data normally there will be a message displayed with a green button clicked on it

gonna assume he has the latest script hook since this is happening to a lot of people regardless of having the latest script hook updated, STILL trying to find a fix...

@Ryosko I have been using OpenIV 4.0.1. Could this be the route cause?
