GTA V CRASHES AFTER MOD INSTALLATION

Hi everyone, I recently installed a car addon mod for gta v, but after the installation my game started to crash every time I would launch gta while going through the loading screen. I have uninstalledd the mod and the problem still persists. Can anyone please help me?
