[NEWBIE] Anyone Can Explain Step By Step to use Mod Car BUT Work Please?

I have tried many mod cars for my gta v to be downloaded and follow all each instruction, but the result always failed...most of instructions were not details and no step by step...Could you please share to me the step by step after downloading mod car and finally I can use it? Thanks
