Missing Vanilla Car Mod Parts

My Karin Technical Custom has missing mod parts like chassis and can't change wheels, I modify this cars via trainer .(menyoo and enhanced native trainer) my game version was 1.0.1180.2 , I installed 3 addon cars and when I spawn
the saved vehicle, the mod parts and liveries options are gone.The other saved vehicles are fine and has no issues but i still don't know what really happened.
