GTA 5 Exit from the game while loading

Hi guys, I have a problem with GTA 5 since I install CARS, for example:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/lamborghini-aventador-lp720-4-oiv-add-on-livery
This car and any other. I replace gameconfig files several times and when I change it I can't load the game, but I save old gameconfig before I install a new one.
Can anyone help me with this ?

Look at your logs file in your root folder, if you see lines with "Error", copy/paste them here
It's more easy to solve a problem with the cause
