How do I create additional Vehicle seats on zModeler?

I recently created my own custom vehicle in gtav, it is based on Blazer2 a quadbike that doesn't have a passenger seat and I'm planning to add one, how do I make that in zModeler? I was aware that there's seat dummies on a vehicle model, I just don't know how to make it work, I can't find where I can modify it on the vehicles.meta, hope someone could help.
