mods/scripts not working.

After waiting for the new ScriptHook to come out I installed it and nothing has worked since. At first my mod menus showed up but none of my addon mods showed up, it just said "not found" so I make sure that everything was in the DLC lists/DLC packs, and everything was there so I went back into the game and I hit F3 to open the simple trainer, and nothing happed, so I tried Menyoo and same thing nothing happened, then I hit F4 because that's what shows the scripts and etc. same thing as the others, nothing. Also none of my graphics mods work either. Can anyone help me please?? I've tried re-installing everything including GTA.
