GTA 5 loads slowly

My game was hella slow when in game, the textures are blurry and has a low fps. I lowered the graphics, fully updated GPU, removed the mod folder and still lagging...
my specs:
Amd Ryzen 5 3400g
Radeon rx Vega 11
8gb rambut when I restart my rig, it was just running fine and has no issue! I assume this is something to do with memory , any answers would be appreciated.

Are you running the game on an SSD or HDD? A hard drive will load textures and the game in general slowly than an SSD.
