  i try whit steam version same error again and again i cannot find any fix my windows is 10 pro and i makee all updates
  then i uninstall this netframework still same i stop updates still same i try diferent mods like nve quantv nvr redux etc all doing the same problem i check all my mods thei are allright i uninstall scriphook dont net and scrips folder same error no fix i only install single mod NVE no others scrips same error idk how to fix this problem its for one month now and its an old problem i wana fix for this guys please some one i reinstall gta 10 times fresh i reinstall windows 2 times no fix
