[PLAYER] [WIP] ROBOCOP voice mod!

I have been working on this voice over mod for the Robocop 1987 mod here on GTAVMODS. Its all starting to come together really well. It utilizes soundbytes collected Mortal Kombat 11 Robocop expansion mod. I have edited to soundbytes to say different phrases customized to situations in GTAV/LSPDFR such as car stops, apprehending and arresting suspects, and using the megaphone to request people loitering in the area to remove themselves. The mod is pretty sweet its something I think will complement the Robocop 1987 mod even more!
Just added some out car and inside vehicle using the PA System audio test files This voice pack is gonna be lit!
