DLC Addon Car with Rocket Engine Boost

Hi guys, I would like to make an addon vehicle with the rocket voltic jet booster, but I have some doubts, I did some research and I read that jet vehicles have the HAS_ROCKET flag in the handling meta file, I tried to insert it in the metafile but the boost does not activate, please does anyone know what is missing to activate the jet boost?
