I can't spawn addon car

I could spawn an addon car before after I delete the game now I downloaded the game back and make a mod folder but I can't spawn the addon car anymore. I also did with a few different addon cars but none of them work also I did all the instructions like drag and drop the mod into dlc pack in the mod folder and edit the dlclist xml, But I can't seem to get it to work. PLEASE HELP!!!

@Goroistaken sounds like an folder structure problem should be like that:
"Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"

@Zuraxo I put the mod in the right folder but now my game just crashes on the loading screen also thank you so much.

@Goroistaken then you'll need a proper gameconfig I suggest the one from F7YO the heap adjuster and the packfile limit adjuster should all be in the description from F7YO

Could you provide a picture of your dlclist.xml?

Make sure that you are using mods folder. I had a same bug but when I started using mods folder it fixed.
