Cannot remove headshot force..?

Can't seem to be able to remove all the force a ped reacts to with headshots using guns. Weapons meta force parameters for each weapon at zero force, but the peds still react with a huge recoil to the bullet, but only to the head. The limbs dont react as expected. Can we change the headshot force to zero anybody know.??

@Benny-Q try taking away bullet hit force all together, and see what happens.

@Benny-Q may be its not the bullet, [ammo] try chaning the weapon stats. or may be its the animation of peds?
