Need help with emergency lights

so I need help, I'm using modded police vehicles that are in my country and in some of the cars there was a visualsettings.dat file because in my country we only have blue lights and not red and blue like Usa but the problem is in-game, when I'm close to the lights they are only blue but when they are at a distance they get red and blue can someone help me?
