Ped Meta Bug

I've just edited the metas of one of the high heels peds to add some new textures to clothes, and now they're appearing as if their shoes are flat when they're not. Anyone know how to fix this?
Also, I believe the meta files are also where it's decided whether a ped sits on the beach or in the cafes or not. Could anyone confirm, and if it is, how to change it so more of them can.
