GTA V Not Loading?

Hi, so I went to install the overhalled trains mod and once I had it installed I tried to run GTA V and the game said it was already running but on Steam the game was not running and it seams that I have been logged out of the social club? Also when I went to uninstall the mod the same thing kept happening?
