Mods make my game get stuck at "Loading story mode"

Hi, I have modded for a little while and it used to work great but now that i try to install my clothing and weaponry mods my game just gets stuck at "loading story mode". I have down![loaded a custom config file and a heap adjuster
The clothing and weapons are in total 292 mb so there shouldn't be a problem, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game the game at least 10 times and I'm doing it while i'm writing this (and reinstalled all mods the same amount of times) please help me. Thanks in advance

Always check the description and comments to see if they are still working or out of date.

If only everyone followed this lol. Hate seeing 3 year old mods getting 1 star rating because "they don't work" but are obviously outdated and the creator is no longer active.

It was made in 2020
