Does anybody know where I can find the vehicles.meta file for the Declasse Stallion and Imponte Dukes?

Hi, Yes using OpenIV please go to the following path

Mods > Update > Update.rpf > Common > Data > Levels > GTA 5

You will see it in the list of documents there.
Ensure you take a copy of it before you edit it.
