Any advice on how to alter Mobile Phone State using C# & Scripthook .NET

I have a mod I'm writing with Script Hook .Net v2 in c# which I'd like leverage to selectively disable cell phone reception in certain areas (eg: NO BARS available, cell phone dead area, no calls if possible)...

Any advice on how to accomplish this via a C# compiled Mod script?

No luck with Google or NATIVEDB.

Hoping someone here might know of a way to achieve this..
