I kno for a fact tht the highlighted from Omni-Man ped down does not work.. Or isn't nd im not sure how to fix it (I'm also not sure if you can see the ped editor since I pasted it wit the Snipping tool)

What else did you install? You have postet the screenshots wrong theyre not working.

You may need a gameconfig and its required files i suggest the one by F7YO

@Zuraxo I updated It. I tried to get in as much as I kno cuz I'm new to thi nd I apologize cuz ion kno much abt thi
