Unable to use ImNotMentaLs SPA II

As the title states, I'm unable to get the SPA II Apartment and Garage mod to work, I have downloaded the latest versions of everything (GTA V, ScripthookV, ScripthookDotNet) and as far as I can tell they all work as intended, the game starts and plays without a problem and I can load and use other scripts without a problem but SPAII doesn't work. I've tried removing all other scripts from the scripts folder and removed my trainer as well incase there was some kind of clash but that didn't help either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
