Crashing through map with Enable All Interiors and car Garages.

Hello Been having Problems with open all Enable All Interiors and hangars or any Garages Mods that i installed Every time I try to Enter them I fall through the map and end up in the City. I installed all req mods but still not sure what Else to Do to fix it. any help on this would be great. I have latest updates and scipthook ect. but still have the problems.
