How to install Waze/GTA IV Voice navigation without errors?

So last time I installed Waze Voice Navigation mod, and it worked for a few days. But now one day I got an unhandled exception error. I uninstalled Waze Voice Navigation, and I installed GTA IV Voice Navigation GPS mod. But same error. What the f***? Please help how to install this.
