[SCRIPT] Throttle Sensitivity like in Forza 4

Is there a mod that can change accelerating and breaking sensitivity (deadzone?) using controller? right now I have to press the Right Trigger 45% hard before I start to accelerate. Is there a mod that allows to change the sensitivity in which I only have to press RT like 5-10% hard to start accelerating? Sorry for bad english.
