Simple mod that adds the DLC cars to traffic?

Title is pretty much that, I cant exactly find a mod that JUST adds the DLC cars to traffic, I wanna see all the cool GTA Online cars in traffic such as the Banshee 900R and Jester Retro, or is there any sort of config file I can edit and add these cars to? Thanks!!

@XTheo If you want just DLC vehicles in traffic, you'll have to modify the popgroups.ymt in update.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5
