Requesting Specific Mod

Hello all,

Would anyone please provide me with a link, or a website that specialises in MLP as a mod? Btw, I did check out the MLP mods for billboards, loading screen and vehicles, but what I ask is if there is a mod that can change NPCs and more to anything MLP-related.

I would very much appreciate it, as my friend would like to have one.
