@Givi83 Ooh I nearly missed a crucial question. Are you trying to install the addon version or the replacer, and which era are you trying?

@SuperTriniGamer I do have rage plugin hook, some callouts but I have uninstalled them for now, lspdfr, scripthook5 and simple trainer. The version I got is from Mods5, not sure if it's repalce or addon because it does not specify. I'm using the 90's era

Really? The zip, "Retro Emergency Vehicles Pack 1.3.0" inside has 2 folders and a bunch of instructions. One is called "Retro Emergency Vehicles Pack 1.3.0 RDE Addon" and the other one is just REVP1.3.0 without the "RDE Addon" part. Try the "RDE Addon" version.

@Givi83 Really? Well shit. When was the last time you downloaded it? It may be out of date. Are you using 7zip or Winrar? Sorry I'm asking a shit ton of questions, but I want to help and in order to do that I have to know a crap ton. I'm sure I can get it working because a few months ago I couldn't, but a few weeks ago I could.

@SuperTriniGamer oh yeah wait I'm actually blind I didn't notice it until today, the first pack is normal, without RDE so I'm assuming it's a replace and the other one has "RDE" and "add-on" in the name. I'm trying to use replace one but if you used the RDE one I'll just do the add-on

@Givi83 Yes, the RDE one is the addon one. That's it. Give it a try and tell me how things go. I think what happens is that when a change is too big in GTA it can't load it all at once and causes it to fuck up, so try the addon
