[PLAYER] npc hair fix

I was wondering if anyone can fix the short hairstyle for the a_f_y_eastsa_02 model, when I was looking through OpenIV, the hairstyle had a braided ponytail on the shoulder area. But in the final game, it's not there. If someone knows how to edit said model, feel free to respond. it looks unfinished to me.
