[PLAYER] custom skin for player/npc for a female model

i would be thankful if someone would be so nice to put time into making a model for npcs or the player himself which resembles this character. if possible including the outfit shes wearing in this picture. thx in advance, i would be grateful if someone really puts effort into my request.
