Adding textures to any character or mods wont show up in game

so ive been modding for a long time and deicded to get a cracked version of gta im very used to texture modding and i make some myself my textures show up in open iv but in game they are the same like frankilins clothes for ex
even when i add new peds it shows a whole new ped but in game they are the same please help
