How to install map mods if addonpacks is unuseable

i installed these mod(they work perfectly fine together):
1 latest NVE which is 21.5.21 version
2 Menyoo
3 EnhancedNT
4 NT
5 simple trainer v
6 IV packs(gtaiv car pack)
7 Chinesesimp character pack
in my latest cayo version Epic GTAV(which means story is 1.0.2245 & online 1.54)
and here's the problem:
idk what goes wrong with it after i installed AddonProps that it crashed every time i tried get in story mode and the error code is ERR_FIL_PACK_3
i heard the error is unsolvable without deleting mod but is there any way that i can use the AddonProps ?
